This place is clean and the spots have enough space for your slides and the awning to be left out . We put on underpinning cause we moved in , in October and are still new at this and just wanted to stay warm. But it is a big thing to get permission for that kind of stuff, we never meant any disrespect, again all this is new,,, still. But Bless Ms . Phillis she let us know,. and let us stay. For all the rules we've learned not to break, y'all know it was the dog that got us booted. Any one looking for a big HAIRY fur ball of love. He never bothered any one but we just couldn't make him obay the rules.

Called day after Thanksgiving. Kim the owner called me back and was able to give us a site. Was having issues with rig. She said if we needed to stay longer. Just let her know. Super FRIENDLY staff. Park is small and QUIET. Thank you Kim.

I've been here a few months now an to me it's quiet and not a party place like some I've lived at. Phyllis and Kim are great! Cameras CCTV everywhere for that added feeling of security.
